1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WireSolutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

WireSolutions provides enterprise IT infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

  • Network design and implementation
  • Cloud migration and management
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Data center services
  • IT consulting and support

3. Service Level Agreements

Our service commitments are detailed in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provided with each engagement. Standard SLA terms include:

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee for managed infrastructure
  • 24/7 emergency support response
  • Maximum 4-hour response time for critical issues
  • Regular maintenance windows with advance notice

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

  • Net 30 days payment terms
  • Late payment fees may apply
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • All prices are in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise specified

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

WireSolutions is committed to protecting client data and maintaining confidentiality:

  • All client data is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements
  • Confidentiality agreements are maintained with all personnel
  • Data backup and recovery procedures are implemented
  • Regular security audits and assessments are conducted

6. Limitation of Liability

WireSolutions' liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the total fees paid for services
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, documentation, and methodologies remain with WireSolutions. Clients retain ownership of their data and business processes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Client data will be returned or securely destroyed
  • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
  • Service access will be discontinued

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Prague 9, Czech Republic.
